Contacting us and ordering

You can contact us or place an order by any of the ways on the left.
When ordering, in all cases please include:

The product code, description and quantity.
Contact name.
Contact telephone number and / or email address.
Full invoice address.
Full delivery address (if different from invoice address).

Please note that most of our products are made to order.

Delivery

Once we have received you order, we will contact you to confirm availablity and obtain any further information necessary to process your order.
For exports we will also obtain a quotation for carriage, for your approval.

Payment

Payment is due within 30 days from date of invoice.
(We reserve the right to require payment before goods are despatched).
