When ordering, in all cases please include:

• The product code, description and quantity.
• Contact name.
• Contact telephone number and / or email address.
• Full invoice address.
• Full delivery address (if different from invoice address).

Please note that most of our products are made to order.

Delivery

Once we have received you order, we will contact you to confirm availablity and obtain any further information necessary to process your order.
We will also obtain a quotation for carriage, for your approval.

Payment

Payment is due within 30 days from day of delivery.
(We reserve the right to require payment before goods are despatched).

Payment details will be on your invoice.

We are unable to accept payment by Credt Card.
