Orders are accepted and sold only on the following conditions. No variation of these conditions shall be effective unless in writing and signed for and on behalf of the Seller.

1. Payment is due within 30 days from day of delivery.
   
   
2. All quoted and printed prices for goods are ex-works and subject to alteration without notice; we reserve the right to invoice goods at our prices ruling at the date of despatch.
   
   
3. All quotations are subject to confirmation by us, and we reserve the right to correct any accidental errors or omissions on quotations or invoices. Where all factors governing the price of goods are under our direct control, we will, unless otherwise stated, hold quoted prices firm, if an order is received within 30 days from the date of quotation.
   
   
4. The Seller is permitted to make partial deliveries. The Seller is also allowed to deliver a quantity different from that ordered by not more than 10% either way, and the Buyer shall pay for the actual quantity delivered at the contracted price.
   
   
5. Delivery dates are given in good faith by the Seller as an indication of the estimated delivery time, but do not amount to contractual obligation to deliver at the time stated. Unless otherwise agreed and stated in writing in respect of individual transactions, the Company reserves the right to make a charge for carriage, irrespective of the mode of delivery.
   
   
6. There shall be no liability on part of the Seller, for any failure to deliver due to causes beyond the Seller's control.
   
   
7. Deliveries offered ex-stock are subject to the goods being unsold at the date of receipt of the Buyer's order.
   
   
8. Any goods supplied by the Seller which the Buyer shall prove to the Seller's satisfaction to have been defective through faulty material or workmanship, or the wrong product delivered, will be replaced or their value refunded, provided the Seller is notified in writing of such defect or error, within 28 days from the date of delivery, and the goods alleged to be defective, returned to the Seller.
   
   
9. The Buyer shall notify in writing the Carrier and the Seller in case of goods damaged in transit within 14 days from date of advice note/invoice, including failure to receive goods, the despatch whereof has been advised to the Buyer.
   
   
10. The goods supplied remain the property of the Seller until paid in full by the Customer.
